This policy describes the information ordinarily needed for copyright notices concerning material identified on BOKEPPREMIUMID.COM. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.
Copyright notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the challenged material and its exact URL, provide the claimant’s contact details, and include good-faith and accuracy statements. It should confirm authority to act for the owner and include a physical or electronic signature.
Delivery and review
The Report Content worksheet can arrange these facts locally, but it does not submit, file or establish delivery of a notice. The completed notice must be delivered independently through a method made available by the appropriate service or recipient. Valid notices may be reviewed and acted upon as required by applicable law.
Counter-notice
A counter-notice generally identifies the removed or restricted material and its former location, supplies contact information, states under penalty of perjury that the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, provides any required jurisdiction and service consents, and includes a signature. Restoration may depend on applicable procedure and further notice from the claimant.
Repeat infringement and accuracy
Where appropriate and technically possible, access associated with repeated infringement may be restricted. Knowingly misrepresenting material facts can create liability. Trademark, privacy, safety and other concerns should be categorized accurately rather than presented as copyright claims.
